V-PLF filters are a vertical Tank type filter with vertical leaves mounted on a central outlet manifold, they are often called Niagra filters. The VIVERGY V-PLF Filters are mesh screen filters that can be used in application that are high in temperature and abrasion such as Bleaching of vegetable Oil or Filtration of Sugar starches.
Vivergy manufactures in-house all major components of their pressure leaf filters. Vivergy’s workshop includes frame forming equipment, mills, lathes and rivet peening equipment.

To ensure no cross contamination of metals Vivergy’s workshop has stainless steel segregated work areas.    

Vivergy also provides a range of filter presses and associated equipment. Vivergy has a pilot scale test filter that can be used to ensure the correct filter press parameters have been selected. Vivergy also supplies a range of Filter press spare parts.

Vivergy has supplied filter presses successfully to a number of applications, these include: waste water sludge de-watering, metallic sludge dewatering and vegetable oil winterisation.

Pulse tube filters and candle filters are similar in operation to bag filters expect the filters are cleaned with a pulse rather than the removal of a bag.
Pulse tube filters are often used as an economising measure in processes where filter bag replacement rate is high. Applications includes vegetable oil filtration and scrubbing fluid filtration.
